Questions, answered
How much does it cost?
You set the price for each campaign. There is no subscription. We take a small percentage of each approved review, and the exact rate will be published before real payments start.
Is real money involved yet?
Not yet. Unmastered is in early access and payments run in test mode with test funds, so you can try the whole flow without spending anything.
Who reviews my track?
Musicians who signed up as reviewers for your genre. Reviewers claim the requests they want, first come first served.
How long does feedback take?
Once a reviewer claims your request they have 7 days to deliver. If they miss it, the request goes back to the queue for someone else, at no extra cost to you.
What if the feedback is not good?
Dispute it. The payment stays on hold while our team reviews the track, your brief and the feedback, and decides what happens next.
Is my music safe?
Tracks are private. Only signed-in reviewers in your genre can listen to it, and every reviewer agrees to keep it private.
Can I review as well as get feedback?
Yes. One account does both. Pick the genres you want to review in your profile and you will see matching requests.
